Alysa was an excellent doula! Her upbeat attitude and full on emotional and scientific support really helped boost my confidence. I desperately wanted to have an entirely natural labor which requires research, tons of pain management techniques and confidence. Alysa's attentiveness to detail leading up to and during labor was a key aspect in the success of my goal. She was quite the swiss army knife of a doula, she had a plethora of supplies, booklets of information, and an unlimited supply of positive attitude and reassurance. We did it!
