Our lactation consultations are conducted by Alysa, an experienced lactation counselor who is trained and certified in lactation management. We offer both in-person and virtual consultations to accommodate your needs and preferences.

During lactation consultations, we will assess your breastfeeding technique, provide guidance on proper latch and positioning, offer tips for increasing milk supply, address any concerns or challenges you may be facing, and provide education on breastfeeding best practices.
