Alysa St. Charles
Boston area birth doula, lactation counselor, & childbirth educator
My specialty is evidence-based everything.
For me, being a doula is not just a job, it’s a way of life. It’s a deep commitment to showing up with presence, compassion, and unwavering support as a trusted guide during some of life’s most transformative moments.
With an evidence-based approach, I aim to improve the birth and immediate postpartum experience for parents, their loved ones, and their newborns. I offer personalized, one-on-one support that empowers clients with the confidence and knowledge to feel grounded and in control throughout their pregnancy and birth journey.
I believe in your ability to birth, and I am here to support and advocate for you every step of the way. Together, we can navigate the birthing process with informed decision-making, compassionate care, and unwavering support. I believe in you, and I am honored to be part of your birthing experience.
