Full-Spectrum Doula Support
What is Full-Spectrum Doula Support?
Full spectrum care means continuous, connected support from one person through every stage of your journey.
It’s birth doula + postpartum doula all-in-one.
It includes prenatal visits to prepare and build trust, hands-on support during labor and birth, and personalized postpartum care in the days and weeks that follow.
Instead of working with separate doulas for each stage, you’ll have one steady presence by your side the whole time.
Whether you’re navigating pregnancy decisions, planning your birth, recovering after delivery, or adjusting to life with a newborn, I'm here for all of it.
No handoffs, no explaining your story twice. Just grounded, relationship-based support from someone who already knows you.
